A Strategyst partner and the founder of B3 Communications, a leading marketing communications firm specializing in all types of real estate, Mike has been the impetus behind some of the most innovative marketing campaigns around the world.
With over two decades of experience, Mike understands the market and how to reach buyers, delivering highly targeted and effective communications tools throughout the entire life cycle of a project from concept and envisioning, to brand development, collateral, advertising, social media, interactive, direct marketing, lead generation, capture and management and sales events.

Allan is a 30-year public relations veteran who has directed a number of award-winning programs for clients of all sizes throughout his career. Since beginning his career with MCI, he has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies before starting his own agency. Allan and his Nallacomm team are involved in every facet of public relations and marketing communications providing support for planning, implementation and everything in between.
Allan’s experience in real estate includes the creation of high profile campaigns for several Intrawest resort projects, as well as working with the Tourism Boards of countries in the Caribbean and Central America.
Before joining Strategyst in 2012 to help the Resort Sales Platform, Clay worked with the company founder for 10 years. With 14 years of real estate experience in Property Management, Sales and Marketing-specializing in resorts, Clay is a great team leader.
Prior to joining Strategyst Real Estate, he was Sales Director at Playground Destination Properties, managing sales for resorts in the US, Caribbean and Mexico and contributes a diverse and international scope of sales skills. Having started in Colorado with Hines Interests Limited Partnership, he was part of the management team in the resort division. Impressive statistics include $435 million in real estate sales representing over 2.5 million square feet with recent sales in excess of $65 million.
Clay attended Western State University of Colorado and holds a BS BA in Resort Management.
As the president of The Reiser Group and strategic partner to Strategyst, Tom brings over 30 years of experience in residential real estate focusing primarily on the home building industry.
With a B.S. in Business/Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and growing up in a family of developers, it was only natural that Tom combined his inherent abilities with his professional experience. Tom has held leadership positions for some of the largest homebuilders in the country and it’s this reputation and respect throughout the homebuilding industry that has helped establish Reiser Group’s continued position as an industry leader. Reiser Group has been the recipient of numerous industry awards, including being ranked #145 on “Inc.” Magazine’s 500 fastest growing privately held businesses in the United States, and is considered one of the preeminent real estate sales and marketing companies in California and Nevada.
As Vice President of Sales for Pulte Homes, one of the nations largest home builders, Paul established a reputation for providing the kind of leadership that motivates and produces excellent sales results. He embodies the principles of leadership cited in “Motivation from the Heart”, a book that Paul co-authored.
